I have a 69 Panther with the serial # of 90002. It has a lot of 68 items on it like the hand levers, taillight, gas tank, ignition etc. The model # is a P10H with the funky black seat that fills the void where the gas tank should be. Was this the 2nd 69 panther built? Thanks -JOE

The P-10s all had the black seats and red under the hood gas tanks.

Hi, From what I have learned about serial numbers, yes, you have the 2nd sled off the line for '69. And, it makes sense that it is a P10. Arctic tended to start the new production year with the low cost sleds first.
Later ....... Paul

Paul, Do you, or anyone else, know if Arctic started over serial numbers every year in those early years, say 1963-68?
